This means that the seal or wrapping on the product must be in place, it can not be opened. You must promptly return the item(s) to us. All returns require prior approval. Upon receipt of an approved return we will promptly process your refund. Please keep in mind shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Review your purchase prior to completing your order. No product that has been opened will be accepted on a return without approval.Return inquiries must be made within 10 days of your purchase or from the date you received your order. If your return is approved please send back to us within 10 days of approval by insured and prepaid method. Include your packing slip or a note with your invoice number and the reason for your return.
